THE FIRST MEETING (Budget evaluation & feasibility assessment)
This is a free consult meeting that takes about an hour. In this meeting, we discuss your wants and needs, space and function requirements, as well as establish your priorities and style expectations. Then we discuss budget goals to help determine if it is a feasible project and if we are well suited to work together.
THE NEXT STEP (This is based on the size and complexity of your project)
- Option 1: If it is a simple project that doesn't require permits and construction documents, we will create a budget driven estimate, iron out the details and move forward with your project.
